Saugus, California – January 4, 2017 – In an effort to increase cancer awareness and motivate those struggling with the disease and other brawls, I, Brandon Jauregui, am welcoming a new platform on my website, www.brandosblog.weebly.com, that benefits cancer survivors and those seeking motivation and advice.
The organization, called Yes We CANCER, will give users the option to submit questions, where I'll do my best to use my own experiences to motivate readers (completely anonymous of course!), share their own story, and provide weekly posts, quotes, pictures and information in hopes that more people will learn as much as possible about the disease and get involved.
Every year about 1,685,000 people in the United States are diagnosed with cancer, according to the American Cancer Society. About 580,000 of those fighters – or more than 1,500 per day – unfortunetely pass away each year.
Yes We CANCER has yet to determine what day and time it will open its arms to the public, but welcomes all individuals interested in making the organization a phenomenon in all areas. The group strongly believes the more people know about cancer, the more likely lives can be saved, and it offers all those struggling with their own battles - cancer or non cancer-related - a source for support, and information and resources related to the disease.
We're excited about "Yes We CANCER" and hope you get involved!
Happy New Years,
Brando
