- Saugus senior Mariah Castillo (pictured above) runs the greatest race in SCV high school cross country history - boy or girl - to stun the field with a third-place finish in 17:36.7 over 5K (2nd highest speed rating in SCV history!)
- Canyon graduate Jameson Mora qualifies for his second United States Olympic Trials with a 2:17:33 marathon
- SCV legend Seth Totten adds on to his legacy with a 2:19:27 marathon debut at the California International Marathon, the third male in SCV history to break the 2:20 barrier and 27 seconds off the 2020 U.S. Trials standard
- Seth's younger sister, Chelsey Albertson (formely Totten), wins her post-collegiate - and road racing - debut in 54:49 at the Sunnydale Hot Chocolate 15K in Arizona, a new course record and 5:52 average over 9.3 miles
